Delivery services are available only in selected pincodes and operational delivery areas.
3. Eligibility
By using ReweKart, you confirm that:
- you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement;
- the information provided by you is accurate and complete;
- you will use the platform lawfully and responsibly.
4. Customer Accounts
Customers may:
- create an account;
- place orders as guests where available.
Customers are responsible for:
- maintaining account confidentiality;
- safeguarding passwords and login credentials;
- ensuring account information is accurate and updated.
ReweKart is not responsible for unauthorized account access caused by customer negligence.
5. Product Information & Availability
ReweKart attempts to provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, and availability.
However:
- product images are for representation purposes only;
- packaging may vary;
- prices and stock availability may change without prior notice;
- certain products may become unavailable after an order is placed.
In such cases, ReweKart may:
- contact the customer for replacement approval;
- partially fulfill the order;
- cancel unavailable items or orders.
6. Pricing
All prices displayed on ReweKart are subject to change without notice.
In case of:
- pricing errors;
- technical mistakes;
- system malfunctions;
- incorrect product information,

ReweKart currently supports UPI-based payment methods and approved payment options available during checkout.
ReweKart does not store:
- card details;
- bank account information;
- UPI PINs;
- banking passwords.
Customers are responsible for completing payments through secure and authorized payment methods only.
8. Order Acceptance & Cancellation
Placing an order on ReweKart does not guarantee order acceptance.
ReweKart reserves the right to:
- accept or reject any order;
- cancel orders suspected of fraud or misuse;
- refuse service in specific locations;
- limit quantities purchased.
Orders may also be cancelled due to:
- stock unavailability;
- delivery limitations;
- operational issues;
- payment failures.
9. Delivery Terms
Delivery availability depends on:
- serviceable pincodes;
- operational areas;
- product availability;
- weather and operational conditions.
Estimated delivery times are approximate and may vary.
Customers are responsible for:
- providing accurate delivery address and phone number;
- ensuring availability during delivery attempts.
Repeated failed delivery attempts may result in order cancellation.
10. Perishable Goods
Fresh fruits, vegetables, dairy products, frozen items, and other perishable goods should be checked immediately upon delivery.
Due to the nature of grocery and food products:
- return/replacement eligibility may vary;
- claims for damaged, spoiled, missing, or incorrect items should be reported promptly.
11. Food Product Compliance
Certain food and grocery products available on ReweKart may be sourced, supplied, packed, or distributed through Erste Frozen Foods Company under applicable FSSAI registration no. 22126658000114 and food safety compliance requirements.
12. User Conduct
Users must not:
- misuse the website;
- attempt unauthorized access;
- interfere with website functionality;
- submit false orders;
- engage in fraudulent or unlawful activities.
ReweKart reserves the right to restrict or terminate access for violations.
13. Intellectual Property
All content on ReweKart, including:
- logos;
- graphics;
- designs;
- text;
- website content,
is the property of ReweKart or respective owners and may not be copied or used without permission.
14. Limitation of Liability
ReweKart shall not be liable for:
- indirect or incidental losses;
- delays caused by external circumstances;
- temporary website downtime;
- delivery delays beyond operational control;
- misuse of products after delivery.
Customer use of the website and services is at their own discretion and risk.
