Certain food and grocery products available on ReweKart may be sourced, supplied, packed, or distributed through Erste Frozen Foods Company under applicable FSSAI registration no. 22126658000114 and food safety compliance requirements.

ReweKart aims to work with suppliers and operational partners that follow applicable food safety standards and regulations.


2. Product Handling

ReweKart and associated operational partners aim to maintain reasonable handling practices for grocery and food products including:

  • temperature-sensitive product handling where applicable;

3. Fresh & Perishable Products

Fresh fruits, vegetables, dairy products, frozen items, bakery products, and other perishable items require:

Customers are responsible for proper storage and handling after successful delivery completion.

Customers with:

should carefully verify product details before consumption.

ReweKart shall not be held responsible for allergic reactions or health issues resulting from customer-specific sensitivities or misuse of products.


6. Damaged or Quality Concerns

Customers should report issues such as:

  • damaged packaging;
  • expired products;
  • spoiled items;
  • incorrect products;
  • quality concerns,

as soon as possible after delivery.

ReweKart may request:

  • photographs;
  • product details;
  • order information;
  • issue descriptions

for verification purposes.


7. Temperature-Sensitive Products

Frozen and temperature-sensitive products should be:

  • accepted promptly upon delivery;
  • stored appropriately immediately after delivery.

ReweKart shall not be responsible for spoilage caused after successful delivery completion.


8. Supplier & Product Availability

Certain products may occasionally become unavailable due to:

  • supplier limitations;
  • operational constraints;
  • seasonal availability;
  • stock shortages.

ReweKart may offer:
